We do not request sensitive personal information and we do not target children under 13.

2. Cookies & tracking

We use no marketing or advertising cookies.
Only two first-party analytics tools run on this site:

Google Analytics 4 – measures aggregate traffic and does not store individual IP addresses.
Microsoft Clarity – provides heat-maps and session replays. Clarity sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk, which contain no personally identifiable information.

How to opt out

Activate “Do Not Track” or block cookies in your browser to disable Clarity; use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of GA4.

Answer your messages and prepare quotes
Monitor, secure, and improve the website
Compile anonymous traffic statistics

5. Sharing of information

We disclose data only to:

WP Engine – managed hosting & SSL provider
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity – usage analytics

We never sell or rent personal information.

6. Access & storage

Form submissions are delivered to a secure inbox accessible only by the webmaster and marketing manager.
Retention periods:

Form data – up to 12 months, then deleted
GA4 events – 14 months;
Clarity sessions – 13 months (service default)

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, with firewall protection and daily backups provided by WP Engine. Internal access to form data is restricted to two authorised employees.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may:

Access, correct, or delete your data
Withdraw consent at any time
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request a portable copy of your data
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
