What is the difference between PSSC’s inventory management services and a book distributor?
● A book distributor sells books to retailers, wholesalers and consumers, providing marketing, sales, and customer services for publishers. They often have exclusive agreements and may focus on certain types of publications. A distributor may or may not provide warehousing and shipping services.
● At PSSC, we provide inventory management services, storing your inventory and shipping your publications worldwide. In addition to our standard fulfillment service plan, we also offer a Full-Service end-to-end option which includes a call center, invoicing, payment posting, credit card processing, web shopping cart links, sales reporting, and more. In the Full-Service option, PSSC would be the primary contact point for your customers when they are placing orders.
